On Saturday 9 May 2026, Bronsgroen's members came together for the general meeting at the CCHA in Hasselt. Thank you to everyone who attended or gave a proxy. These are the main decisions and figures:
- The 2025 annual accounts and the 2026 budget were approved, and the board was granted discharge.
- The 2025 financial year closed with a small loss (€17,578) due to depreciation, but operating cash flow is positive. Bronsgroen is therefore not paying a dividend for 2025; the result stays in the cooperative to finance projects.
- Bronsgroen is financially healthy, with €541,978 in cash and hardly any debt.
- At the end of 2025, Bronsgroen had 715 members and €1,006,500 in cooperative capital. We now number 736.
- Chair Pascal Vandendriessche stepped down. The board now consists of Guido Nuttin, Kristof Schurmans and Wouter Hermans.
- For the coming years, the ambition is to grow from start-up to scale-up.
