Energy cooperative from Limburg
About Bronsgroen
Together we make renewable energy accessible to everyone in Limburg. For more than ten years we have been connecting citizens, municipalities and sustainable projects.
Our mission and vision
Bronsgroen stands for a fair and local energy transition.
Mission
Bronsgroen makes renewable energy accessible to everyone in Limburg. By collectively investing in local solar energy projects, we give every citizen the opportunity to become a co-owner of a sustainable future — regardless of budget or technical knowledge.
We believe the energy transition must come from the ground up: from the community, for the community.
Vision
We dream of a Limburg where community energy is the norm: a region where residents work together to generate, share and fairly distribute local energy.
In that future, every rooftop is a power station, every street is a community, and every citizen is a co-owner of the energy transition. We also want to guide our cooperators with energy advice — because sharing knowledge is a core principle of every cooperative.
