- Bank details for dividend payments (exclusively for cooperators)

3. Why do we collect this data?
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Answering questions submitted via the contact form
- Managing your cooperative shareholding
- Paying dividends and sending financial documents
- Complying with legal obligations (including the share register, accounting obligations)
- Informing you about meetings, newsletters and cooperative updates
4. How long do we retain your data?
We do not retain your personal data for longer than necessary:
- Cooperator data: for as long as the membership is active, plus the statutory retention periods (generally 7 years for accounting documents)
- Contact form data: maximum 1 year after the last contact
- Data in the share register: in accordance with company law
5. With whom do we share your data?
We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless required by law or necessary for the performance of our services. In that case we ensure that the recipient handles your data with due care.
We never sell your data to third parties and do not use it for commercial purposes outside the cooperative.
